Can't remember the exact context, but I remember when the Very Small Person was an even Smaller Person, and discussing Baby Gap with artaxastra and penknife. I believe the general consensus was whether you loved it or hated it, it was undisputed that Baby Gap was pretty much the epitome of trendy fashion status symbol for the Very Small People of the world.

'Til now. Just saw an ad for the Fisher Price, battery powered, Somewhat Small Person-sized Cadillac Escalade. Complete with sound system and boom box speakers in the back for the complete, MTV's Pimp My Ride effect.

Truly, truly I believe there is just no beating 21st century America for all out weirdness. I love this time.
