In this case, to a group of small children (probably the children (or even grandchildren, scary)) of my fellow alums. But he read it to all of us as students, too, and I think we all had that same look of rapture on our faces as teenagers as the small children do. God, I missed that.

For the record? Dr. Jon Miller, NCSSM, is an amazing human being and the best teacher I ever had.

OMG I did not realize this had made it onto youtube. I went to your page from beatrice_otter's post because I recently started watching Bunheads and was hoping for some fic. And instead I find Dr. Miller reading the Grinch. Not only did we all have that same rapt attention in high school, we had that same rapt attention sitting on the floor of the gym in our fancy clothes at the winter semi-formal. This makes me regret I've never been able to make it back for a reunion.
