May, at times, include standing out in the rain, unable to cross the street in either direction without drawing the ire of thoroughly grumpy Metro PD (also soaked from standing out in the rain far longer than you), waiting for a motorcade of Someone Far More Important Than You to get its collective asses out of your damn way so you can go home.
