OK, I gotta confess, part of me is a little delighted that you can still be charged with this in this country. And while "The noise of his ATV drove me crazy" may seem a little silly as a reason for dueling, I can certainly think of a lot sillier ones.
Reality never ceases to amaze with its capacity for sheer weirdness.
